ADVENTURE FOR EVERYONE, YOUR FIRST STEPS WITH BOOTS
Caving is a fun sporting activity of discovery, where everyone goes at their own pace. It’s ideal for living and sharing a good time with family in Ariège. This outing is suitable for children aged 6 and over.
During this outing we will introduce ourselves to the mysteries of the underworld. Thanks to a treasure hunt we will learn to use a topography (the map of the cave). We will talk about Prehistory in Ariège, bears and also the formation of caves.
During family outings the pace is very gentle, and we progress horizontally. Children can come from 6 years old.

I take out insurance with the national union of caving and canyon professionals. However, you must have personal insurance when you practice sporting activities.

EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE
Good socks (hiking or thick), pants in which you are comfortable (joggings, or hiking pants), a fleece or sweater. Bring a change of pants for the outing as you may be a little wet.
