Caving will allow you to discover the sixth continent, and explore the Ariégeois underground world. In canyoning you will be guided by water, from waterfall to waterfall in the canyons of Ariège.
These activities are easy, nothing elitist, here we are all about sharing, discovery and education. You just need to know how to walk and want to go. Come experience the adventure as a group, family or join a team already formed. In summer the adventure is here in the valleys of Ariège but in spring and autumn you can experience it elsewhere if you want to travel.

Caving is a gentle sporting activity of discovery, everyone goes at their own pace. whether you are more contemplative or on the contrary more sporty, you will find what you are looking for underground.
The canyons are in beautiful natural spaces. Practicing this activity allows you to discover wild and preserved places in a fun way.
Multi-activity stays or weekends are possible with friends, family but also for companies.
