YOUR SPELEOLOGY EQUIPMENT

I EQUIP YOU FROM HEAD TO TOE.

I provide you:

-Boots (this is not a punishment contrary to what some people think! The rubber sole is what grips best on wet surfaces).
-Caving suits (you will be disguised as a plumber or a chick).
-A helmet with lighting.
-For longer outings or if you have a camera I provide you with caving bags and waterproof containers.

For outings in a vertical environment you will also have a harness as well as all the equipment necessary for progression on a rope (descender, lanyard, handle, carabiner).

All the equipment I provide you meets CE standards. It is checked regularly and managed from a PPE (personal protective equipment) book.

You must bring:

-Thick or mountain socks.
-Hiking pants or jogging pants in which you are comfortable.
-A fleece (this is clothing suitable for humidity that dries quickly) or a sweater.
-Panties, underwear is not provided!

Bring a change of clothes because depending on the cavity you are going to you may get a little wet.

FOR SPORTS OUTINGS

You should also bring an all-terrain snack. That is to say who does not fear shocks, for example do not take a banana.

Also bring 1 liter of water per person, in a plastic flask or bottle, do not take a metal flask.
