YOUR EQUIPMENT
You are going to be dressed as a frog.
You will be equipped with 5 mm neoprene wetsuits. The equipment provided consists of two pieces: pants and a jacket. This allows you to adjust your outfit as best as possible so that you don’t feel cold. A 2 mm neoprene top (tank top), may also be provided depending on the water temperature.
The equipment also includes neoprene booties. As well as Adidas canyoning shoes, which have a grippy sole on wet surfaces, they are supplied from size 36.
To complete the disguise you will have a harness with safety lanyards and a figure eight, as well as a helmet. All safety equipment provided meets CE standards. It is checked regularly and managed from a PPE (personal protective equipment) book.
Waterproof bags and containers will also be provided to transport your picnic if necessary.
You must bring a liter of water per person, and for day trips take a picnic that is not afraid of shocks (no bananas and no eggs for example).
You must come with a swimsuit with you, and bring a change of underwear for arrival with a towel.
If you wear shoes smaller than 36, shoes are not provided. It is imperative to have good shoes on your feet. That is to say walking shoes or sneakers but for running (with a hard heel). Formally prohibited: sandals, beach, city or boat socks, and all the oddities that Decathlon makes for walking in water. Bring a spare pair of shoes or sandals for arrival. Your shoes will be wet but will not be damaged (do not come with your old torn sneakers).
